Yes, it is absolutely safe to make purchases with your credit card on our website. Your credit card payments are processed through PayPal, our payment processing gateway. We employ the latest version of Secure Socket Layer (SSL) Technology providing advanced encryption methods and server authentication, so that all information is transmitted through a secure server connection What's important to note is that your financial information, including your credit card details are kept private from us and we have no access to that information at any point at all.

Depending on the shipping address, items will reach customers between 2 to 4 weeks for International orders and between 4 to 7 working days for Malaysia and Singapore addresses. We strive to ensure all purchases arrive speedily and in good condition. However, if the item purchased is currently not in stock, you will be informed of the expected delivery date before your order is processed. You will then have the option to decide if you would like to wait for delivery within the stipulated time.

Yes. International customers are advised to email customerservice@fig-3.com for the shipping charges of their intended purchases.

It’s ok to change your mind. In case you do not like what you have purchased from us, or you’re not satisfied, we accept returns/exchange of the unused items within 7 days of receipt. We will not accept returns/exchange after that time. We will exchange the merchandise for items of equal value. However, original shipping charges will not be refunded.

All returns must be in new and resalable condition, in original tags/packaging and accompanied by our delivery order. Figtree Christian Apparel reserves the right to reject a return if the above requirements are not met. Please email customerservice@fig-3.com for returns/exchange instructions.

All our orders are shipped with Normal Air Parcel services. Shipping charges are based on the weight of the purchases. Please allow 2 working days to process your in-stock orders, otherwise most our backorders are filled within 2 weeks.

All garments will shrink slightly in the first wash. Length will lose about 1 inch and width will lose about 1/2 inch. Wash and Iron according to manufacturer's recommendations on the tag.
